Straws, cutlery, plates & drinkware
Engineered from wood — not oil.
Wood-derived tableware that does what plastic can't — it composts clean when it's single-use, and never shatters when it's reusable.
Home-compostable
The single-use range biodegrades in industrial and home compost, and in soil (DIN EN ISO 14855).
Unbreakable reusables
100% shatterproof, dishwasher-safe, BPA- and melamine-free — safe poolside and on board.
Certified materials
PEFC-certified wood fibres, food-contact safe, made without food crops.
Lower-carbon by design
Low-temperature moulding, and reusables that are 100% recyclable at end of life.
Why it works
Single-use
Compostable foodservice
Straws, cutlery, plates and more that perform like wood and break down cleanly — home-compostable to DIN EN ISO 14855. For cafés, takeaway, catering and events.
Premium reusable
Unbreakable reusables
Shatterproof glasses, flutes, plates and bowls for yachts, pools, hospitality and premium events. Reusable for years, then 100% recyclable.
One material. Two endings.
A biopolymer made from wood, not petroleum
One wood-derived material does both — never oil, never microplastics. iWood is built from lignin, a by-product of paper-making, combined with wood fibres and vegetable waxes. It behaves like natural wood, stays stable with hot drinks up to 70°C, and is moulded at low temperatures to keep its carbon footprint down. The compostable range returns to the earth cleanly; the reusable range lasts for years and is fully recyclable.
