Is this really compostable?
The single-use range is tested to biodegrade in industrial and home composting and in soil (DIN EN ISO 14855). The reusable range is built for long-term use and is recyclable at end of life — check the product description for which range this item belongs to.
Is it food-safe?
Yes — iWood products are certified for food and beverage contact, BPA-free and melamine-free. Hot-drink items in the compostable range are stable up to 70°C.
